Not that I look like the male in the picture, but that Mr. Muscle is a cleaning product, and that's how I like my graphic design. Me and this product are very similar, we both love it clean.
Because he's called Mr. Muscle, it shows hes 'up-front' and not scared what to say what he thinks. This is also why we are so alike.
